I totally get it. I do think those two ballads are fantastic. I believe Ozzy is the ballad king and has so many great ones. I mean they aren’t Tonight, Goodbye To Romance or So Tired, but they are excellent. Thank you so much for listening. We love the feedback.

@Michael J : The three B sides for Black Rain are Nightmare, I Can’t Save You and Love To Hate. They are fantastic. Check them out for sure.

@The Ultimate Ozzy Podcast : oh, the b-sides? i know the song!!?? i did a Spotify search and found a 3 song podcast or something with Youngblud.??. but i guess not. When u guys were talking about “Gods” i had to make sure we were thinking of the same song.

i think you both had the ballads as your top 2, ah, i would have gone 4 and 5, HFY is special to Josh, i know. , It certainly doesn’t compare to the 2 earlier ballads. imho ( i know u guys know which 2 I mean) i think it’s more … when i hear “may be the best he’s ever done, or my favorite of all time” … i’m like “What!!??”. But please don’t get me wrong…. who TF else is diving in on Black Rain!!? Like most O’s albums, each one puts me in a “state”, this one as well…. it’s more an album experience than any one track. Take Osmosis, i just look at the cover —- and i feel different. Anyway.. you guys are insane fans and i’m loving it, The minutia u bring up and little facts show me you’re die hard fans of the best Metal singer ever…. keep rockin!!

Thanks for listening, Michael. Are you not a fan of the B Sides? I think Black Rain is an incredible song. One of his best. What don’t we agree on besides Not Going Away? I love the opinions. It’s what makes Ozzy so great. Thanks for the support.

guys, i agree with about 90% of your opiobs when you review albums…( which imo you do better than anyone else). one of you almost always bring up … what i’m thinking. BUT we did not connect on Black Rain at all, maybe about the solo in 11 Silver…. imo Black Rain, Not going away and IDWS are among his best songs w ZW, maybe his whole solo catalogue. Ah no big thing…. i loved loved loved the tribute show after O passed. you guys rock …. DOAMM best album of all time !!
